Craniosacral therapy is a technique that releases tightened, constricted tissue. It is among the gentlest of the bodywork therapies. It is unlike chiropractic manipulation in that there is no jolting of the body. Craniosacral therapy also holds an adjustment longer than chiropractic manipulation.
