Naturopathic, Holistic, Alternative, or Homeopathic Natural Medical Services Payment Options

Cost and how you will pay for treatment is a fair concern, and one worth settling before you start.

Natural Medical Solutions works with all insurance companies for whatever reimbursement your policy allows. It is worth calling your carrier directly and asking whether they reimburse for:

  • Naturopathic natural medical services
  • Holistic natural medical services
  • Alternative natural medical services
  • Homeopathic natural medical services

An HSA or Flex Plan can often be used for services as well. Beyond that, Natural Medical Solutions:

  • Accepts all major credit cards
  • Provides application forms for Care Credit , which is generally available to anyone with a reasonable credit rating
  • Liberty Healthshare

An initial visit costs $195 and follow-up visits average around $80. Treat those as a guide rather than a quote, since what you actually need varies with the work involved in getting your health back.

Natural Medical Solutions treats the body as one connected system rather than a set of independent parts. Put plainly, getting healthy now usually costs less than managing the same symptoms for the rest of your life.

Take a common example. You are on prescription medication for hypothyroidism and your T-3 and T-4 come back within normal range. More often than not there is also something going on with the adrenal glands and hormones , alongside allergies and possibly digestive dysfunction you have been handling with over-the-counter remedies. That pattern points to toxins driving inflammation across several systems at once.

The aim is to get your whole body working properly, without leaving you dependent on medication indefinitely.

Plenty of people assume natural medicine is out of reach financially. The more useful question is the one underneath it, can you afford not to get healthy?

Does Insurance Cover Naturopathic Care?

This is the question we are asked more than any other, and the honest answer is that it depends on your plan and on which service you are having. Coverage for naturopathic and functional medicine varies widely between carriers, and Georgia plans differ considerably from one another. Some services are commonly reimbursed, particularly conventional lab work ordered during your care. Many specialty functional panels are not.

The practical approach is to call the number on the back of your insurance card before your first visit and ask three specific questions: whether out-of-network provider visits are reimbursed, what your out-of-network deductible is, and whether laboratory work ordered by an out-of-network provider is covered. Those three answers tell you most of what you need to know. Our team is glad to help you work through it if the response is unclear.

What Your First Visit Includes

The initial appointment is longer than a conventional visit, and that is what you are paying for. It covers a full health history, a review of current symptoms, medications and supplements, and a discussion of what has already been tried. If functional testing makes sense, we explain what each panel costs and what question it answers before anything is ordered. Nothing is run without your agreement.

Laboratory fees are billed separately by the laboratory itself and are not included in the visit fee. We will always tell you the expected cost before you commit.

Ways to Make Care More Affordable

  • HSA and FSA funds generally cover naturopathic visits and lab work. This is the single most common way our patients pay.
  • Care Credit spreads cost over time and is available to most people with a reasonable credit rating.
  • Healthshare plans , including Liberty Healthshare, sometimes reimburse naturopathic care where conventional insurance will not.
  • Prioritizing works. If budget is tight, tell us. We can sequence testing and treatment so the most useful steps come first rather than all at once.

Common Questions About Cost

How much does the first appointment cost?

The initial visit is $195. Follow-up visits average around $80. Laboratory fees, where testing is needed, are billed separately by the laboratory.

Do I have to commit to a long programme?

No. There is no package you must buy into. Care continues for as long as it is useful to you, and how often you come back depends on what we are working on.

Can I use my HSA or FSA?

Yes, and most of our patients do. HSA and FSA funds generally cover both visits and laboratory work. Check with your plan administrator if you are unsure about a specific service.

What if I cannot afford testing right now?

Say so at your first visit. Testing is chosen to answer specific questions, so it can be sequenced over time rather than done all at once, starting with whichever panel is most likely to change your plan.
